I am writing today in regards to services provided to me by your company during my relocation from Talladega to [Ashville] on December 28, 2005. Admittedly I had never hired movers prior and did not know what to expect, especially when paying by the hour. Changing Spaces (Chris and Brandon as well as the office staff) provided the utmost level professional services that I have encountered in recent years. I truly expected to have to baby sit the men to prevent them from damaging my possessions and “milking the clock.” Not only did Chris and Brandon take great care to protect my property, but they actually jogged back to the truck to get the next item. Their attitudes and respect shown to me, my family and my property could not be more appreciated. If I were seeking to hire at the present, you would have to fight me for these two men. I wanted to express in writing my sincere appreciation for your kindness and professionalism throughout my recent move. Obviously, this was a very stressful time for me, but it was made much easier due to you and your staff. I am sure that you know, too, that your employees are the best! All the young men who loaded my belongings in Birmingham were excellent—they were careful and quick—a great combination! I cannot say enough good things about Jason and Chris. Not one item was even scratched and they were beyond helpful in setting things up exactly I wanted. I felt like that I had two new friends by the time they left Tuesday afternoon. I hope this is my last move for a long time, but should I need the services of a moving company again, Changing Spaces would be my first call.
